CLASS #14: MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH CLASS

Tuesday May 8, 7-9 pm CLASS IS FILLED

  • Treat your mom , or take it yourself to make her a beautiful soring brunch
  • Mini sour cream cofee cakes
  • Spinach and feta "Strada" with carmelized onions
  • Challah bread french toast casserole with three berry salad

 

CLASS #15: HEALTHY WHOLE GRAIN DISHES

Wednesday, May 9, 7-9 pm

  • Quinoa with mango, cucumbers and jicama
  • Barley risotto with wild mushrooms
  • Kale “Caesar” salad
  • Steel oat cookies

 

CLASS #16: SPRING SAUCE CLASS

Thursday May 17, 7-9 pm

  • In this class, you will learn how to make sauces like a professional chef, including
  • Chimuchurri
  • Assorted pestos
  • Assorted aiolis
  • Citrus gastrics for grilled items

 

CLASS #17: FISH COOKING CLASS

Tuesday May 22, 7-9 pm

  • Poached halibut with coconut milk.
  • Shrimp sauté with asparagus and mushrooms.
  • Lemon pepper salmon with kale.

This class has an additional $12 food fee (total for this class is $87 pp).


 

CLASS #18: SUMMER APPETIZER CLASS

Tuesday May 29, 7-9 pm

  • Lamb sliders with mint chimichurri.
  • Portobello mushroom sliders.
  • Chicken spinach and feta sliders.
  • Learn how to make sushi rolls.

CLASS #19: SUMMER SIDE DISHES

Wednesday June 13, 7-9 pm

  • We will make an orzo salad.
  • Shaved brussels sprout salad with hot pancetta dressing.  
  • Quinoa salads.

CLASS #20: SUSHI CLASS

Wednesday July 11, 7-9 pm

  • Learn how to make yummy sushi in this class.

CLASS #21: LIGHT SUMMER DINNERS USING SEASONAL INGREDIENTS
