Cooking Lessons

"Learn from a Professional Gourmet Chef"

Cooking is fun and, with the right teacher, easy. Your friends and family will appreciate your gourmet skills.
Learning to cook is fun and rewarding.

Alison Milwe-Grace is a chef/instructor at Staples High School teaching Culinary Arts and also teaches adult education at night through the Westport Continuing Education program.

And, Alison offers groups and private cooking lessons in the comfort of your own home. She can teach you everything from creating appetizers to cooking a 6-course meal to restaurant-style desserts.

Alison works closely with students while designing a menu of their dream dishes. All lessons include recipes.

Prices, on average, are $120/hour for instruction. Food costs are additional.
