Chef Alison Milwe-Grace of AMG Catering & Events is sharing her cooking skills & passion for food with RMA patients in a series of class offerings this winter/spring

Come join us and learn how to plan and prepare quick, easy, and nutritious meals in a fun environment. Recipes will be budget friendly, delicious and rich in nutrients essential for increasing fertility & optimizing health.

Classes will offer a variety of recipes with fish, chicken, and vegetarian entrees, exciting whole grain side dishes, soups, and/ or creative breakfast choices. RMA patients must register and pay in full in advance.

Class menus is below. RMA patients can sign up for one or more than one class. Space is limited and will fill up fast.
